If you experience a violation of the code of conduct, or any attendee behavior that leaves you feeling uncomfortable, feel free to approach Susan Brown, Constance Crompton, Sarah Roger, or Kim Martin to discuss it privately, or to send a named or anonymous report to Donnees.scihum.hum.data@uottawa.ca (three people--Constance Crompton, Alice Defours, and Moni Razavi--have access to this email account). Anyone reporting an incident will be welcome to the following options in any combination:

• Completely anonymous reporting via email
• To have the fact of the incident recorded
• To receive a plan of action from Martin, Crompton, Brown, and Roger, working in pairs, that preserves their anonymity

Consequences of breaking the code of conduct may result in a private warning and behavior modification plan, a public response from the program committee, removal from the conference, and/or a ban from related events.
