Primarily a repository for a climate action template for BC municipalities. Contains an introduction, a gloss on the Sooke climate action plan explaining the intent of each section, and the Sooke climate action plan with supporting documents. It is intended as a jumping-off point for smaller municipalities that have not yet devised a CAP. It can be adopted as-is with localization. It can be drastically modified. It can be ignored completely. It can be used by municipal councils or citizen groups. The overall intent is to help the conversation over climate action to begin in smaller communities.
